Galvanized Metal

Inspired by the Ecuadorian Andean beetle, also known as the Catzo, I built a metallic shield that, similar to the beetle’s solid cover over their wings, protect and camouflage it’s user from the ongoing armed conflict in Ecuador.

Inspirado en el escarabajo andino ecuatoriano, también conocido como el Catzo, he construido un escudo metálico, que similar a la capa solida protectora sobre las alas del escarabajo, me protege y camufla entre el conflicto armado actual del Ecuador.
